This project is located on the US Route-1 highway and is an office park with multiple buildings stretched over 105,000 SF. Sigma Construction is currently performing the redevelopment and renovation of the buildings, converting interior and exterior spaces from class-C to class-A standard.
In addition,site work includes improving the parking lot, curbs, sidewalk, landscape and lighting to uplift the view of the office park.
